Fairway Village is a small, gated community located on the western side of the Mesilla Valley at the foot of Picacho Peak in Las Cruces, New Mexico. A Covenant Community
Fairway Village is a covenant protected community. Our covenants are legal agreements supported by the Fairway Village Neighborhood Council, Inc. (FVNCI). The purpose of these covenants is ensure that our Village is safe, comfortable and attractive for all who live or visit here.
